Whatever it means, people tend to use it a lot on internet datingsites. My best guess is that it is mostly used to describe someone who is highly sexualized or constantly thinking about sex. Or for someone who has a very romantic nature. It's mostly shrouded in mystery to me, but that's got to be what it comes down to... Don't know why people not just say what they mean, they are on a dating site after all? I've placed it under the Dutch language since i'm active on Dutch dating sites but it's quite possible it is used all over the world.
