Then reach into his manly magic khakis of infinite candy. And throw a small individually wrapped peppermint candy in your direction. This magic man only appears in this world a couple times a year. 10,000,000 year old story books say that children love to chant the magical words that summon this peppery man in hope that candy will be flying throughout the air.
