A slang term used by anyone (who is not white) to fill in the place of any noun, verb, adverb, or even an adjective. Nigga is not only a word, its a lifestyle.
Nigga as a noun: " What's up Nigga? Did you see that Nigga over East yesterday?"
Nigga as a verb: "I'm about to real nigga this man right now."
Nigga as an adverb: "He is running in niggaly fashion."
Nigga as an adjective: "He looks like a nigga type of of bird."
Nigga as a lifestyle: "I'm about that real nigga life."
In other words "Nigga nigga nigga nigga nigga nigga, nigga nigga."

The word used by blacks as show of solidarity in hypocrisy. Nigga comes from the word nigger, a term that originated in the old American south and was popularized by racists as a means of degredation. Used with a thick southern accent the word negro comes out sounding like Nigger.
Today blacks continue to defame thier own kind by using the word as a means of social masculine familiarity. Only ignorant and self hating blacks use the term because of a feeling social inadequacy that has been fostered by a parental figure or public racist such as Louis Farrakhan or Jesse Jackson, who continue to claim that even in the year 2009, when a black man is President and an unfair system of affirmative actions (which give prefferencial treatment to blacks in the work force over whites), that blacks are still horribly oppressed. Many blacks allow white people who have earned their respect to use the word nigga. Some however will become enraged if a white person uses the word nigger. This mind numbing double standard is falsely reffered to as reverse descrimmination. Many believe that until blacks eradicate the rampant use of this ugly word in their community they will continue to suffer from a type of self inflicted neo slavery, a slavery of the self.

n. Usually an individual who is of the dark-coloured skin race. However, variations of this word can be said to any race as long as your cool with them. Also if you get caught saying this to some black person you don't know in the projects or anywhere, you're dead or you'll end up with a bruise somewhere. :P
Example 1 (Good Way):
Regular school day between two guys that are down.
Hispanic Man: "Yo nigga wuts gud?"
White Man: "Nuttin much jus chillen."
Example 2 (Bad Way):
Coloured man bumps into a light coloured man.
White Man: "Ayo watch wher de fuk u goin nigga!"

Coloured man punches the light coloured man in the face and walks away. :P
