Winning here, and there. Winning in multiple places, possibly at the same time.

Interviewer-Some people are saying you're Bi-polar.

Pertaining to, or having absolute 'win' in ones life. One must usually be under the influence of the drug 'Chalie Sheen' to become bi-winning.
