When you cant find happiness and dont see the point in life. You want to smash your head into a wall and die. Yeet. You become a cold person and are afraid of the world. You cry yourself to sleep. Get the Depressionmug. A pain inside that is so unbearable. It hurts like hell and makes you wonder why you are alive. You tell people you're okay, when really you're not. You try to find alternatives to this feeling, but you can't find one. You start to do self-harm because it's better than feeling depressed. You push family and friends. You want to find someone to hug and hold, but you push people away. Running away and self-harm feel like the only antidote. Depression is one of main cause of suicide. You feel like there's no one there and no one cares. Depression is like living in hell, in a fire pit. You feel like your having a heart attack. You are so hurt that you start to not care about emotions. You start to forget how to feel other emotions.

Depression is when you feel so emotionally terrible and ill that sometimes you feel like you don’t want to exist or just wanna fucking die every single day as you are falling into a never ending pit of sadness and melancholy. Sometimes you feel like it’s gonna be okay but then you feel it hit you and your face is drenched in tears. People throw this word around too much like “oh I’m so depressed” because you just wanna hide your hurting, especially when they post it online.
So people who haven’t felt depression before listen: if your family member, friend or just someone you know looks like they have depression.. talk to them. I would’ve killed myself if it hadn’t been for my mother asking me if I had depression.
