A person who is tiny or has a tiny body, but has a big head and/or fluffy,spikey or crazy hairdo. They resemble a muffin, because muffins have a tiny bottom part with a huge fluffy top part, just with alot more stuff on them than a muffin. may be used as a degrading term for a short or tiny person.

The female noun/verb combo of the very popular "cockblock" or "cock block". A muffcuff occurs when a female is twarted from her goals or desires by someone else. The person doing the thwarting (aka the muffcuffer) could be a person, place or thing, or even a vague, abstract concept.
