Spring break spot of America. Consists of all the towns/cities in the panhandle but they don't matter. Panama City and Panama City Beach define the 850. It's made up of no bodies who try to keep up with the larger trends around the U.S (ex: tryhard scene kids). The area is dead until MTV arrives. Until then, the little loyal 850 kids run around bragging about living in the place where other people come to get shit faced and party once a year.
