Adverb: The act of living and being fully in the moment.
A
non-active
state where anything, everything or nothing at all can happen. A feeling of expanding out into infinite
time and filling infinite space. No past, no future.
Time stands still. A balanced, present state similar to what people have mistakenly been conditioned to call mindful; which implies thinking, active concentration and engaging the mind.
The simple act of being in the present moment should
never involve the mind. The
aim is to rid yourself of thoughts and not be in the mind. Momentfully in the NOW with an empty mind.
Acting momentfully is being in the wide, creative moment full of
pure experience without the interference of the mind and thinking. Living momentfully is to empty the mind so that the only
thing that is perceived is the precise moment you are present in.
At the intersection of momentous, wonderful, monumental and joyful, living momentfully will have you feeling all of these states and more.
I really began to feel pure
joy and to enjoy living life to its fullest when I started living momentfully.
When I started to act and exist momentfully, I learned to experience all the wonderful, joyful, momentous things that randomly came my way.
I momentfully experienced my day
today in a constant state of
bliss, balance and present awareness.
