A person who has not had their first kiss yet

Jenna is still a lipgin

Another way of saying never been kissed (lips + virgin = lipgin)

Boy: So have you ever been kissed?
Girl: Nah, I'm a lipgin.

Based on the word virginity, lipginity is the stae of being un-kissed. if you retain your lipginity, you have never been kissed
