The elderly are not necessarily the only victims of old timer's disease, although they are the ones who get it the most.

old timer's disease 

The term "old timer's disease" is commonly used by uneducated people who aren't aware that the disease is actually called, "alzheimer's disease."

People that typically use this term are typically paired with low IQs, which is prevalent by their life choices. example/ went to a community college, lives close to parents, works in fast food, construction, nail salons etc.
Person 1: "My grandma has old timer's disease."
Person 2: "Are you stupid? It's called alzheimers disease! And in case you didn't know, it's not just old people that can develop alzheimers. You should really read more or at least take the time to learn proper information. Jesus effin christ.....

country mile 

When country folk refer to a country mile it is considerd to be round 10 miles per country mile..ish...we boonfolk dont really consider distance
