Skyr 

Skyr is a food product from Iceland. It's a dairy based yogurt-like substance (though thicker) and is very high in protein while being low fat. Regular, unflavored skyr has about 13g of protein per 100 while the flavored usually has slightly above 11g of protein per 100. It's most common to buy it flavored or mix flavors after buying the unflavored version due to the bitter taste of the unflavored version. It's very healthy and completely natural.

Skyr Gobbler

Skyr Gobbler is a small dwarf like creature from Iceland myths. He is believed to come on one of the nights of Christmas to eat all of your Skyr, which is an Icelandic yogurt. It is also believed that he can get into your house even if you look all the doors. He visits along with the other Yule Lads.

Skyrimming

The act of attempting to climb steep mountains/hills by jumping at various angles repeatedly in video games instead of trying to find the actual path that was intended to be used. Most commonly done while playing Skyrim, but can be performed in other games as well, with varying success depending on the video game and the mountain/hill in question.
