A lesbian so closely resembling a gay twink that one cannot often differentiate the two in dim lighting.

Characteristics include: flat chest, spiky bleached hair, generally androgynous qualities.

Gay Guy 1: "Check out that hot little twink over there"

Gay Guy 2: "That's not a twink."

Gay Guy 1: "Um, yes it is... hot little gay boy... right?"

Gay Guy 2: "Hah! No, that's a twesbian, you idiot"
