A clumsy, oblivious person. Usually covered in cuts and bruises from the number of things that they ran into. Constantly amusing other people from their obscene stupidity.
Sydney's klutzy ass managed to fall while dancing in the shower and crack her head open. White girls can't get low.

A person who is never without a scrape or bruise. Always finds a way to trip, bump into things and people. And on occasion, they partially knock themselves out by walking into walls, doorways, and corners or cabinets and desks.
