A phrase uttered when one wants to communicate large amounts of good feelings about a person place or thing. The past tense is used to communicate large amounts of negative feeling about a person, place or thing. It can mean anything really.

The Q portion can also be used on its own for a greeting/ thing to annoy your french teacher with
