When a girl is on her period, the color of the poop is green but there's also blood coming out her cooch at the same time so it's like a zombie because of the color and the blood.

Tonya "Girll are you on your period?"
Loni "Well I guess I am because I just had the most painful zombie poop"

zombie poop 

The kind of poop that comes out slowly in intervals throughout the day, brought on by lack of sleep and possibly over-caffeination.
Usually requires multiple wipes.

"Dude, where've you been? You've hardly been in your cubicle all morning."

"Only got an hour of sleep last night and the coffees still aren't kicking in. Got me a bad case of zombie poop."
