Many of Gen Z'ers come from single mother trash and never had any father figure in their lives. This could be one of the reasons they're lost and hopeless. If there ever is an economic collapse like the Great Depression, a lot of the Gen Z'idiots will be the first ones to get wiped out. They're too worried about diversity and racism.
There are very few Gen Z'ers who are highly skilled and far ahead of their game or age. The term Gen Z'idiot does not apply to such young adults.
