Passing on the responsibilty for yelling at people.

The act of calling or talking to a customer service representative while upset about a real perceived issue, but apologizing to them knowing it’s not specifically their fault but still yelling at them.

The customer that you messed up the order for stopped me instead and was yellagizing me.
