A wiki author, administrator or bureaucrat who refuses to accept or allow meaningful changes or additions to an article which would keep the article from being deaf, dumb or blind so that the article will always need a caretaker which the author, administrator or bureaucrat considers themselves to be.
wiki user #1: "Why don't you add that list of foods with a nutrition fact label to the nutrition facts label article? "
Wiki user #2: "Because that wikiwhacko keeps deleting it to keep the article deaf, dumb and blind."
