vaguebrag

Vaguebragging is when you say something in an unnecessarily pretentious fashion, esp. including details that have no purpose except to make you look better, like dropping brandnames when your point could be conveyed with generic terms. Similar to humblebragging but with more subtlety, and takes root from the other forms of vagueing.

v. derivation of "vaguebook." An excoriation pf an unnamed party in your facebook status, that embarrasses and makes all your friends uncomfortable.

"You don't know how to treat a foxy lady! You know who you are," Edith vagueblasted.

Vaguegramming

Intentionally posting a picture usually with an ambiguous phrase/saying/quote that indicates some vague reference to ones thoughts or feelings towards an individual or group of individuals.

"Was that picture with the ambiguous quote meant for me?" She is Vaguegramming again and I'm not sure who she's talking about...

adjective: Unclear status messages, updates or comments written for the sole purpose of attracting the pity, support, and/or attention of others. Also see: vaguerancy.

Vaguerant comments include:

punctuation-only status messages ("!!!", "???", and ellipses), acronym-only status messages ("OMG", "WTF"),

and any other incomplete, unclear, incendiary or melancholic phrases that would require someone else to a. ask several follow-up questions in order to extract meaning or b. defend or clarify a point c. express sympathy.

Da crime of not giving clear straightforward answers or understandable/verifiable statements.

Many politicians are so mealy-mouthed and wishy-washy about finding actual solutions or making tangible progress that they should be charged with vaguerancy!
