Someone who steals your free time and replaces it with work or tedious conversation, often when he/she is unaware of doing it. Typically either someone deceptively nice (so you feel guilty about walking away), or your boss (so you can't leave).
Friend 1: Hey are you coming fishing on Saturday?

You: I'd like to, but before I leave the office my boss will

probably ask me to come in and work over the weekend. He's a usurper.

usurper whistler 

noun. Mortal enemy to the public whistler. A person of dominant mentality who, upon hearing a public whistler performing, also begins to whistle. Usurper whistling is a coup attack upon the public whistler. The usurper whistler can be identified by the fact that s/he is always whistling louder and usually faster than the public whistler.
