adjective - Used to describe one who is known for posting absurd, gratuitous or witless comments on Twitter.

Also used to refer to a period of time without receiving/sending tweets.

A twig from a branch from a tree without any protruding twigs that are less than a quarter inch in diameter.

Can have multiple twiglessnesses on it as long as they are less than a quarter inch in diameter.

Too small for kindling and incapable producing any BTU’s.
