Someone who was born biologically female but identifies as a male.

Clyde was born a girl but rather be a boy, so he's a transboy.

TransBoy

A person who is born female, but their gender identity is male. (gender identity is in your head, sex is biological)

(they can also be called transman, transguy, or transgender boy, etc)

Kyle: Yeah, I'm a transboy.
Maria: oh! That's cool! So what do you want to do today?
