Can be used to replace any verb, adjective or noun in a sentance. Or simply used by itself to express a feeling.
I will torbillion the shit out of that.

Someone who has millions of dollars, but, due to boredom and a need for thrills, must do daredevil-type stunts.

A government agency misplacing a large sum of money and then the next day the getting attacked.
On September 10, 2001 the pentagon announced that they couldn’t account for 2.3 trillion dollars and lost it. The next day well you know what happened.
