This includes networking websites, dating websites, some types of forums, as well as some blogs, and many other areas in which people interact over the internet, and will be an ever expanding field as technology improves and changes.
There is a lot of technosocial research being done currently, regarding online relationships and networking.

Subspecies of nerd primarily interested in digital technology and the social implications and applications in a wired world. (Abbreviated TSF) A technosciofile may fall on a spectrum anywhere from "techie" to "socio." May have issues with authority.

Type of benign hacktivist. Not exactly white-hat but not exactly malicious either. Some may seek notoriety.

A person who as either a hobby or professional follows technology and its integreation into society as well as the economics behind such products.
Ever the technosocioconomist, Daniel Eran's "The Rise and Fall of Platforms" was an engaging look at early computer systems and how their history reflected upon today's society and computer sales trends.

Technopocalypse

1. The hypothetical singularity moment when the advance of technology supercedes advance in relevant security by a margin so large that it results in unforseen catastrophic consequences for the entire planet.

2. The hypothetical scenario where we are inadequately prepared to deal with natural disasters such as solar flares crippling electronic, communications, financial and transport systems, that would effectively cripple the everyday functions of entire countries.

This second meeting was particularly helpful in discussing the implications of my essay claims and how to apply the title across various areas of knowledge. There were many sections of the essay that could have been cut down in wordiness and the ways of knowing required further and more in-depth analysis.
