The act by which one attempts to swiffer the dusty floor yet barely touches the floor with any regularity.

Swiffering while hovering the Swiffer wand over the floor. Inches away is the appropriate distance to determine Swovering.

My Wife just "cleaned" the floor by swovering the dust collector unit 2 inches above the floor.
