surechange

Verb. A reaction to tailgaters, when one throws a hand full of toll change in value less than a quarter out their window at the offending car as a curt incentive to back off.
I was doing 65 in the slow lane and some jackass came up behind me doing 80 and rode my ass like I was a cheap whore. He wouldn't pass me, so I surechanged his benz and sure enough he let off. We exchanged hand gestures when he got around me but I'll have the last laugh when his mechanic pulls pennies out of his radiator.
