In the south-eastern US, "sure does" is an expression that is used to agree with a statement that is commanding an action.

Ricky Jimmy - "Mountain Dew really needs to start making Code Red in pre-packaged baby bottles"
Tanya Lynn - "Sure does"

Sure Does

Used to confuse. Does not have any real meaning. Used when you really don't want to say yes or no, or even answer the question for that matter.

Person 1: "What are your plans for the weekend?"
Person 2:"Sure does"
Person 1:"Wait, What?"
