A person of average intelligence with a lifestyle of playing the fool or acting like an idiot. This is probably due to a need for attention. Not to be confused with a clown that acts like an idiot temporarily for comedy's sake.

Stupitard 

With all of the morons today, you get ones who stand out above all the rest. They're the special shine types who you can only associate with the top crust to describe people or animals that are ugly inside and out. Can't be fixed or helped.

My stupitard dog just ran out in the street again turning in circles barking at the sky.

Shine is such a shiny stupitard. She thinks only selected people get to vote.

12-steptard 

Someone whose statements seem to be on a continuous redundant loop and who is constantly citing 12-step principles, aphorisms and platitudes to the point where you fantasize about homicide.

My office mate is a straight-up 12-steptard so I’m strongly considering having a mental breakdown so that once I get back from the psychiatric hospital I will be placed into a different office with someone else!

A term first coined by The Distressed Watcher (A.K.A The amazing Atheist) to describe the glitter skin transformation of a vampire in direct sunlight while reviewing the movie Twilight. It blends the words "Stupidity" and "Retarded" into a stronger negative adjective.

Carlos Mencia's attempts at comedy are Stupiditarded, if not an abomination.
