Strexed

Verb used to describe stress and annoyance, but specifically caused by an ex of some description, - either ex boy or girlfriend, husband/wife, civil partner. Essentially same definition as "stress" but when referred to it saves the audience from asking WHO the problem is!!

When you stretch and flex at the same time. Also, can be used when you pretend to stretch but are actually trying to flex in front of an attractive male/female.

I was strexing at the pool when the ladies walked by.
