Tripped or stumbled over nothing, out of the blue, causing a non-serious twisted ankle.
Mary and Ryan are walking on a pavement.
Ryan: Ouch! The heck! Why me?!
Mary: Woah what just happened? Did you just spiddle?
Ryan: I think I spiddled. Let me have a moment. Okay I’m fine now.

Olden Spiddle

The excess spit or spiddle expelled from an elderly person's mouth. This most frequently occurs while they are retelling long stories from "back in their day." It has been rumored that collecting this olden spiddle and putting it in your boots will bless you with protection from certain outside threats, however, this has never been successfully proven.
Oldman Miller: Back in my day, we didn't have boots like you do, we had to make our boots from scratch, and we had to use charcoal, but the charcoal would go out before you were done...

Crazy Bob: Get the olden spiddle, put it in your boots!

city chicken

A food native to Pittsburgh/Western Pennsylvania in which cubes of pork and/or veal are put on a short, wooden skewer, breaded, then baked and/or fried.

I've heard that city chicken originated during the Great Depression, when folks didn't have enough money to buy full cuts of meat, so they assembled meat scraps on a wooden skewer, creating a make-shift drumstick. Hence the name.

endwarfins

The rush of neurotransmitters and neuropeptides triggered specifically by watching the Seven Dwarfs march home singing "Heigh-Ho" — that particular high of pickaxes, whistling while you work, and communal domestic bliss in a cottage built for men half your height.
I only meant to watch the Heigh-Ho scene for the endwarfins, and then it was two hours later and I'd watched the whole movie.

Endwarfins aren't just a Snow White thing — I get the same hit off the Lollipop Guild in Oz.

Example 2:
