shunshine

The state of being one achieves working in a cubicle, facing the wall of a windowless hallway, in an office on the fifth floor of a building in the middle of the country a day away from deadline.
Co-worker 1: Man, I feel like I haven't seen the shunshine, I mean, sunshine in forever. Apparently I haven't seen it in so long I can no longer pronounce it.

Co-worker 2: Heh. Actually, the first version might more accurately describe our state of being.

"You were my sunshine, now you're my shunshine, you made me happy, when skies were gray, you'll never know dear, how much I loved you, because you shunned my love away"

Sunshine Rainbow White Pony

An innocent song that people joke about because it sounds like the fabled n-word.
Also, it actually bops.
"Yo, search up sunshine rainbow white pony and go to 1:00."
*searches it up*
"Bro, wtf..."

Back when I lived in upstate new york

A meaningless, unimpressive, self-serving introduction. An indicator that the story about to be shared will be pointless and dumb.
Back when I lived in upstate new york, I also had to park on the street - on two occasions, we got enough snow, mixed with just the right plowing, that my car was lifted off the ground from so much snow being jammed underneath it.
