A girl will date him, only because of his looks, and he is often actually a little bitch. Basically he is a mannequin with a heartbeat who can somewhat form sentences, but can never actually add anything useful to a conversation or a relationship. He is simply dated because he looks appealing to a woman's friends.

Look at that tool, he's just one of those for show guys. She only dates him because he looks good.
