A single girl that is friends with a boy who is in a relationship. When the boys girlfriend is busy, this is who he talks to. Sometimes he might even block this person when he is hanging out with his actual girlfriend

In extreme cases he might call this girl mommy and even block her when he's hanging out with his girlfriend. If he blocks her he will immediately unblock her when he is no longer with his actual girlfriend.
Drew(drunk calls Lauren): “My girlfriend is asleep so I called you.”
Lauren: “Oh, so I’m your replacement girlfriend?”
Drew: “Ya.”

In extreme cases he might call this girl mommy and even block her when he's hanging out with his girlfriend. If he blocks her he will immediately unblock her when he is no longer with his actual girlfriend.
Boy (drunk calls replacement girlfriend): "My girlfriend is asleep so I called you."
Replacement Girlfriend: "Oh, so I'm your replacement girlfriend?"
Boy: “Yeah!”

Replacement Girlfriend 

A girl who is friends with a boy with a girlfriend. When his girlfriend is away (or asleep or just not responding) the friend is his “replacement girlfriend”. He treats her almost as he would his normal girlfriend.
Lauren is Drew’s replacement girlfriend when his real one is asleep.

Stealthie 

when you're holding up your phone and making faces at it, as though you are taking a selfie, but you're really taking a picture of the person across from you or the wall or anything else that seems interesting but you don't want to be caught dead taking a picture of.

This action is often made more convincing by wiggling the eyebrows or opening the mouth, to pretend you're trying to get a Snapchat filter to work.
FRIEND A: "Did you just take a stealthie of me?"

FRIEND B (turning phone around): "no I was just using snapchat's new filter, see?"
