a combination of a radioactive substance and a laxative; taking these two usually result in death

Person 1: dude im like totally pissed off at u! grr!
Person 2: why?
Person 1: cos like, my mom put a Mi Wadi on the table and u put a radiolaxative in it-
Person 2: He dead.
