A derogatory nickname for a disabled person in a wheelchair. Usually one in a hurry. Similar to calling someone wheels or hot wheels. Not to be confused with the words 'speed racist'. It is derived from Speed Racer or Mach GoGoGo a Japanese anime franchise about automobile racing.

Speed Racer, also known as Mach GoGoGo (Japanese: マッハGoGoGo, Hepburn: Mahha GōGōGō), is a Japanese media franchise about automobile racing. Mach GoGoGo was originally serialized in print in Shueisha's 1966 Shōnen Book. It was released in tankōbon book form by Sun Wide Comics and later re-released in Japan by Fusosha.
