Poo-boom

When one unexpectedly experiences abdominal pain that results in one knowing that a shart is imminent so it is held in until an explosive situation happens on the toilet.

For example, after Steve got back to his desk in the cubicle he said to his friend, Mark, "Dude, I held in a shart and then...poo-boom all hell broke loose on the toilet."
