Penib

A penis that is rather tiny, or perhaps hidden by folds of belly flab. Phonetically indicating that the penis is short and nib-like.

Damn, so did you have sex with that dude at the party last night?

I was about to, but the sight of his tiny penib made me run screaming.

Penib

Instead of a penis, its just a nub, no balls or no holes. Similar to a thumb with no fingernail.
Instead of urinating from the penis, urine comes from the anus.
A penib can be created by removing the penis and letting it form into a nub.
