Girl 1: Hey can I sleep over at your house tonight?
Girl 2: Not tonight. You know my mom is on the booze hard. She'll be passed out.

Loser on the boozer

someone who is always losing regardless the activity. Everything they do turns to mush and they also tend to be drinking alcohol very often.

She is really defines being a loser on the boozer, if she isn't losing at some kind of game or activity she just sits around losing at mario brothers on WII and drinking cheap wine.
