The antithesis of Opulence. Anything that isn't good, or ill or something that is ugly and stupid. Can be used as an adjective, adverb or noun.

Danielle: That shirt is ugly!
Lauren: I know, it's so notpulence!
Jeremy: it's Notpulence, to the max!!
