Descriptive term for someone who rubs their nipples whilst talking - usually, but not always, male.

Can also be used to describe a perv.

1. That guy is a niptwitcher - he never stops!

2. Your brother is a total niptwitcher!

A person who upon hearing a new word, immediately searches its definition up online so that they may use it in the future.

Upon hearing a word foreign to him, Anuj, the liptwitcher, decided to search up its definition online.
