Either you and another person or an object and another object or a mix of the two happen to find themselves next to each.
Similar to how one would use the word twinsies when you find out someone is matching to you or something else in one way or another.
So, Nexties, is kind of like mixing next to one another with besties or buddies. It could or could not mean two things that are next to each other, but that also have something in common (physically or by past history/happenstance)
