A term used to describe someone who is constantly late, and never seems to have a minute; a person who is very busy.

Combining the words minute and retard.

Guy 1: Dude, I asked him a question and he just walked away!
Guy 2: Yeah, he's a total minutard!

Incompetent people in the manufacturing industry. They make things (like a Yamato toy) that look deceptively good in quality, but breaks after gentle transformation. Manutards know everything there is to know in manufacturing like their normal colleagues, but they choose to be special instead.

Manutards can be found everywhere. The largest concentration of manutards however, can only be found working for Yamato toys, Japan.

A person from Northern El Paso county that is from a high social economic class, that spends money until they run out. After running out of money it never registers in their brain and they continue to spend.

Quite simply a mixture of a minger (someone who fell out of the butt ugly tree and hit the sphincter on the way down) and a fucktard (someone who isn't retarded, but who is so stupid/annoying/idiotic, that they sure do appear that way.)

Not only was that barmaid as fat an ugly as a hippo, she couldn't even subtract 4 from 10. What a mingtard!

An automatic transmission that comes in your car, truck, van, or suv with a mode to let the driver change gears.
Best for 16 year old girls that are not coordinated enough to use a clutch but think they can do a better job deciding what gear they should be in than a computer.

My little sister's G6 sure is fast when you slide the shifter into manutarded mode.
