Not exactly complementary. You’d maybe call a 65-year old homekeeper this if trying to be complimentary. Calling a 36 year old coworker this is an insult.
When I forgot to return something to her desk, she gave me this look with her glasses lowered, and used the most matronly tone to scold me like I was her child and not her coworker.

Maybe she should try finding someone who could love her so she can have a child before her last few eggs dry up, and save us all the grief
