manganoke
Manganoke (漫画の怪) is a full colored anime-like manga instead of the traditional black and white manga styles. It was created by manga artist Michiru Bokido. 漫画 meaning "manga", の "no" grammatical preposition, and 怪 "ke" meaning spirit/strange.

Manual Mangina
A Manual Mangina is when a man (or dildo wearing woman) uses heir penis (or phallic device) to manipulate time and space. In order to do this, participants need to stand naked in a mildly populated area and whip heir phallic ownership up and down until enough momentum enables the cock handler to catch their phallic device between heir legs and hold it there. Causing the owner of the phallus to look like a girl (thus the appearance of the Mangina) laughing or name calling might ensue, or even applause if the owner can manage the Mangina in a single thrust.

Mangineering
The act of creating or repairing useful items employing the materials at hand. Mostly practiced by men, it is often criticized by those who aren't able to come up with solutions anywhere near as practical. Common mangineering supplies include duct tape, bailing wire, zip ties, and PVC pipe.
Sally and Tom were stranded in the middle of nowhere because their car wouldn't run. Sally stomped her feet and shouted "Girl Power!", but for some reason it still wouldn't run. Tom used his mangineering skills and fixed the problem with duct tape while Sally rolled her eyes.

Usually something that isn't a particularly a big deal, esp. when it primarily affects someone else - sort of a mild schadenfreude. Sometimes doubled or tripled, and possibly said in a sing-songy voice for added comedic effect to imitate a muted trumpet, which is how the meme originated.

Surf Dracula Syndrome
A phenomenon in film/television series, most notably streaming series, where the main premise is drawn out to such a point that it takes an entire season or more to get the parts of the series the audience is actually interested in seeing.
For example, if a series is titled "Surf Dracula," a majority of viewers would tune in expecting to see Dracula surfing by the first or second episode. However, the entire first season would instead be tedious padding and backstory before finally ending with Dracula surfing in the last five minutes of the season finale.
