Is a condition which commonly afflicts compulsive liars. Basically describes one who lies so much it is as if shit or bullshit is spewing from their mouth.

Liar- "Dude, I totally banged 3 bitches last night. Right in a row!"
Dude- " No way! Really?"
Liar- " Oh, fo sho! those bitches were practically beggin for it!"
Dude- "Yeah right! I think you've got a bad case of liarhea!"
Liar- "Fuck you!"
