laughitis

This is the common happening of someone laughing loudly and exuberantly (in other words scandelously) for a LONG period of time (without the use of laughing gas) when neither the person laughing or the observer(s) know what caused the laughing in the first place.

He's been laughing for like 5 minutes .

Opposite of tactical. Means that it is funny that they are not tactical.

That server is laughtical, no one is following orders and are goofing around.

Like a double negative in sentences, it means that there is two references to laughter in a sentence when typed via chat, email, or text message
