1) a koodie is when someone is being very "slow"
2) using it in the term "koodie smacks", say it when you want to just hit someone because they said something so stupid.

--you can actually go on to smacking the person if you wish.

The quasi-formal and somewhat medical term for Covid-19. Similar to what one used to get when a boy kissed a girl on the playground.
