To speak in such a way as to imply superiority over the listener. Speech is filled with particularly lengthy words, usually in order to confuse the speaker and demean them.
Speaker: And so you see, your lack of appreciation for my particular vernacular stems from your apparent deficiency in education.
Listener: Stop trying konjelating me!
Speaker: Konjelate?
