What you do when you like someone so much that you can't just kiss them, also used in when you've really missed them or really need to get it on. Both participants should end up on a bed, couch or floor, (depending on the speed of the tackler, placement of target person and trajectory of the tackle) with lips locked, tackler on top.
I missed Willie so much while he was gone that I kisstackled him as soon as I saw him.
