When someone shakes their head back and forth quite violently causing their cheeks to become outstretched. The only true reason for this is to prepare themselves for the taking of a very huge dick. Either that or the preparation of a dick going up the nose and incredibly large balls entering the mouth.

When a huge dick is approaching the face of the unfortunate victim the angry jowler must be unleashed.
